Business to be conducted is the election of Directors and receipt of the Annual Financial Statements. Members of the EDA are to elect up to 15 eligible persons as Directors for 2019. All Director Nominees must be Conservative Party of Canada Members and a minimum of 9 of those elected must be resident within the EDA. Those elected are expected to attend Board meetings, actively participate in at least one committee and fully support the Conservative Party of Canada and its candidates / Members of Parliament.

Members wishing to be considered for the position of Director and Members wishing to nominate another Member for the position of Director are asked to complete a "Director Nomination Form" and forward it to your Nomination Committee Chair:
